I'm seeing 3-5-year Corporate Associate Attorney to join their Pittsburgh office!

* Must have 3-5 years of SOLID corporate law experience
* Must be licensed in Pennsylvania
* Superior client communication, writing, research, computer, and organizational skills are a must.
* Experience with general corporate matters, corporate governance, drafting securities offerings document
* Experience Venture capital and private equity transactions, commercial lending transactions, commercial contracts, and complex M&A transactions preferred.
* Tax and deal structuring a plus .
* Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
* Legal research and technical writing
* Handling general corporate matters
* Assisting with commercial lending transactions
* Ensuring corporate governance compliance
* Ability to excel in client communication
* Proficiency in legal research tools (WestLaw, anyone?)
* Experience with drafting securities offerings documents
* Strong organizational skills
