FLEX by Fenwick is a client service offering of Fenwick & West LLP that places experienced attorneys on interim in-house counsel engagements. With FLEX, you set the parameters of the types of engagements you would like to hear about. We present those opportunities to you, and then you tell us whether you want to be considered for the position.

We are currently seeking attorneys with experience handling a variety of corporate needs, including M&A transactions (due diligence, disclosure schedules, ancillary documents, etc.), corporate governance and compliance, subsidiary and entity management, securities reporting, and/or other corporate counseling matters. Experience handling these matters at a top law firm, in addition to in-house experience, is ideal.
Attorneys who have already onboarded with FLEX do not need to apply as you are already under consideration for active FLEX client needs.
