Responsibilities:
-Provide fantastic guest services by acknowledging and greeting guests in a friendly manner.
- Perform requested services, integrate product recommendations, and meet retail goals.
- Uphold excellent standards by adhering to dress code, maintaining a tidy workstation, and demonstrating professionalism.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a positive and cooperative mindset.
Skills and Abilities:
- Hold a cosmetology license in Michigan
- Proficiency in color, cutting, and styling techniques.
- Able to work independently and in a group environment.
- Build and maintain guest relationships.
- clientele preferred but not necessary
