Pizza Cook – Fat Sully's Pizza (Atomic Cowboy) - Overland Park, KS 

Atomic Cowboy — home to Denver Biscuit Company & Fat Sully’s Pizza — is looking for a driven Pizza Cook to join our team! Our mission is simple: Growth—Careers, Wallets, Waistlines.

What You’ll Do

• Food Prep & Execution: Prepare food to order according to recipe specifications, quality, and timing standards. Complete prep tasks as needed and safely operate kitchen equipment according to OSHA guidelines.
• Guest Experience: Greet guests, process orders, and meet customer requests by building rapport and preparing orders to their exact specifications.
• Operations & Safety: Comply with all health code requirements to maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work area. Maintain proper food storage, including receiving, stocking, and rotating product.
• Teamwork: Communicate closely with both the back-of-house (HOH) and front-of-house (FOH) teams to keep the shift running smoothly.

• Pace & Stamina: Ability to perform at a continuous high pace while meeting quality and speed standards (60% of the time).
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand or walk for 100% of your shift, lift and carry up to 50 pounds (including up stairs), reach overhead, bend, stoop, and wipe. Must be able to comfortably work at a 36" table/stove and read orders from an elevated video monitor.
• Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old to be hired (18 to operate mandated equipment). Must successfully complete hourly validations and hold or obtain local food handler/liquor permits within 30 days of hire.
