We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Roll-Off Driver with a Class B CDL, to join our team. This position is responsible for transporting recycled materials in a roll-off truck between site locations and a Bryant Industries facility.  

What You’ll Do

• Operate a roll-off truck to load material from customers and clients and deliver to your stationed facility.
• Determine the condition of the truck by using pre-tip/post-trip inspections.
• Ensure the cargo (roll-off dumpsters) has been properly loaded, distributed, and secured.
• Determine if hazardous conditions (i.e. weather and/or road conditions adversely affect visibility or traction).
• Maintain accurate driver logbook to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Operate roll-back truck as needed to load purchased vehicles from customers. 

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Must have at least one year of experience safely operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must be physically qualified to operate a commercial vehicle.

• Inspect vehicle and emergency equipment pre-trip.
• Safely loading and unloading roll-off boxes or used/junk vehicles and securing cargo for transport.
• Placing vehicles in motion and use of controls.
• Backing and parking.
• Slowing and stopping.
• Operating in traffic, passing, and turning.
• Driving habits, handling freight, rules and regulations, and use of special equipment.
• Customer service.
• Positive attitude.
• Reliable team player.
